Set up of a English Limited (GmbH)
Set up procedure
To set up the Company, the Managing Director and the future Owner of the Company do not have to personally show up in England. As registered founding agents we can also carry out the assignment for you. We only need a copy of your Passport or Travel passport per Post or scanned per E-Mail (PDF). Additionally we would need a copy of our filled out Data entry sheet, per post or scanned per E-Mail (PDF). The Set up of the Company and the registration of the English company register only takes a few hours. After the Set up and registration of the commercial register, the Company is in a position to trade!
Subsequently we organise to open a Bank account for your Company. We can open both Bank accounts (GBP + Euro Account) in trust for you, or you can visit us in Folkestone, England and we can accompany you to the Bank to open an Account. It is not necessary to speak English!
Subsequently you can then return home. The cooperate tax number will be given, usually within 10 Working days from the HM Revenue & Customs. Then we would apply for the VAT- Number and the Wage Tax Number and the EORI – Number.
We would gladly also book a British Domain for you.
Of course we can take care of your Bookkeeping, Tax returns and Accounts. We are also happy to prepare your quotes and outgoing Invoices, and forward them to England, Germany or via PDF-file to your Customers.
